The Leobritz Deepdrop made by DAIWA is the perfect combination with the small and powerful Leobritz 300 electric reel. The Deepdrop rod is specially designed for medium-heavy deep-sea fishing with up to 600g leads for redfish, lump and ling – but is also perfectly suitable for jigging in the pelagic zone for large coalfish and cod.
The thin, very lightweight but powerful HVF carbon blank in the handle section in combination with the exclusive DAIWA Glatech technology in the tip section provides the perfect alliance of power and sensitivity. The blank is virtually unbreakable even under extreme fishing conditions and heavy loads from depth.
The sensitive tip indicates even fine and sensitive bites at great depths and thanks to the progressive, semi-parabolic action prevents losing
fish once retrieving from great depths.
By the X45X technology, a layer of special carbon fibre has been applied to the blank surface at a 45-degree angle – this considerably improves compression and torque with heavy loads.
The original V-joint put-in connection allows the construction of outstanding thin and light weight tip sections that improve the balance and ensure a perfect bending curve. The use of Glatech material in the tip section ensures high elasticity and maximum resilience.
The original Fuji Alconite K guides reduce the risk of tangles and are another quality feature of this Deepdrop rod. Features an original ALPS
aluminium reel seat with double screw-nut that firmly holds your reel.
